The Modular Cleanroom System is a fully operative cleanroom as a room-in-a-room system with a vertical unidirectional or turbulent airflow. The system can be manufactured as open- or closed-loop construction. Three different versions are available allowing flexibility for changing customer requirements: ceiling-suspended, standing-firm with walls or mobile.
The system itself can be equipped with the following options:
- Illumination
- AC or DC motor fans
- AMC filters
- Heat exchangers
The modular cleanroom system can achieve cleanroom classes 3-to-8 according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1.
